Terms and Conditions
All orders will be taken after a 50% deposit on the order, this is to cover the cost of ordering the model(s) and labour in the case of cancellation.
We buy the model and assemble it ourselves, but if you have already purchased the model we sadly cannot offer discounts on price for painting. All models are priced individually, and includes the cost of buying the model ourselves. All extra unused parts of the models are not returned except under specific request.
Upon confimation of the payment and approval of the customer we will work on your product until completion. The project will not be split up into different parts, and we will send your entire order back to you at once. We will send regular updates on your models as they are being completed.

FAQ
Are the models priced individually?
~ The prices displayed are for one miniature.
Do you take custom commisions?
~ Absolutely! If you need anything regarding a new miniature please contact us at: Contact@spudhammerminiatures.co.uk
Do you offer refunds?
~ We do not offer returns or cash refunds, but we can redevelop your models for an extra charge.
Is postage included in the price?
~ Postage is not included, and will be a seperate fee in your order.
Do you offer additional features ?
(Magnetizing, Drilling barrels, Mold line removal)
~ Yes on each case for an additional charge.
Do you do basing for the miniature?
~ All models at Level 3 receive basing free of charge!
~ Please let us know what you would like with your order!
Will my models be safe during transport?
~ We will try our best to package your models safely. They will be individually packaged and shipped via Royal Mail. We will send a picture of them before shipping, but we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged during transport.
Can you show how you painted my models?
~ Outside of a lot of time, effort, and experience, we can't. But we do offer regular tips on our Facebook page!
